Change is constant. We have to get used to that fact. Nothing stays the same forever. Change is inevitable. Now, just because change is sure doesn’t mean change is comfortable or safe. Nope. Change is super scary. We are used to the status quo and would love to have things remain as they are but, again, change is sure so we have to learn to embrace it.

PROMPT: What is the latest change you embraced? How are things going?

It feels great to win. It feels awesome. However, there are times we will lose too. It’s all part of getting into the fray. Win some. Lose some. Now even though failure can be just around the corner, it doesn’t mean you should stay in your safe bubble. No. To grow, you have to get out of your comfort zone even though failure might be an option.

In life, everything we do comes with some risk involved. There’s nothing that is 100% certain or safe so when we do it, we are accepting the fact that things might go sideways. We can either not do anything and stay cooped up or we can venture forth, take some risks, learn and grow. It’s all up to you.

I have to thank @trainyardstore for this one as I saw this on their Instagram page and it touched me. If you are an empath, right now can be super trying. There is so much going on and we want to fix as much of the mess as possible. However, we need to make sure that we have to have something to give. If we don’t have something inside we won’t have anything to give. We need to make sure that we have something in store to give so it is important to make sure that we take time out to refill ourselves. We all know what we do that helps refill us so we have to make time to fill up in order to give.

It is important to know yourself, who you are, what your values are. When you know this, it makes decision-making super easy. To know anything you have to study it and it is the same thing you need to do when it comes to knowing yourself. It is important to spend time discovering yourself.
