Do you have a workflow? I really hope you do. When you set out to do anything, having a workflow makes it a lot easier. It reduces the number of decisions you have to make because everything follows a certain pattern. It might be boring but boring works. Boring is good when you want to get to your goal.

Have you done that thing where you take twenty-six photos before you finally put one up? Great. Well, so has everyone else. When we put up a picture on social media, we are putting up the best version of that photo. We are rarely ever putting up the first version. Stop comparing your life with what you see on Instagram because it is super curated.

I’ll say though, it feels good when you put up a post and it has a ton of likes however if that’s the major reason you are putting up the pix on Instagram, you are setting yourself up to fail. Likes shouldn’t matter. When you share something, it should be because you want someone out there to see it and learn from it. Forget the likes, just share what you want and have fun with it.
