The people that make me shine are my Avengers and we spend time together working on awesome stuff. The thing about spending so much time with each other is that we get to understand each other better. We know what ticks the other person off, we know what works as motivation, we know each other and we are on the same wave. It feels great. The end, at times, might seem out of sight. All you see is sand or sea depending on where you are journeying through however, if you keep moving, you will get to your goal. It might seem cruel to leave friends behind but you have to ask yourself this: do you want to progress or are you comfortable remaining where you are? Lesson 61: It’s Ok To Leave Friends Behind That Hold You Back

If you want to move forward to something bigger and better, it is a great idea to do so with your friends, with your community. However, it is also ok to leave behind people that are not willing or ready to move forward with you. If you don’t leave them behind, you won’t move forward. It sucks. It hurts but you have to decide what’s more important to you: moving forward or staying with friends. Also, are they really your friends if they don’t want you to move forward, if they don’t want you to grow? #LessonsWithAKing
