No matter how good we are at doing things, there will be some things we suck at. We should do ourselves a favour and outsource those things to people that enjoy doing them. It makes everyone’s life a lot easier and makes things move along better.

PROMPT: What are some things you outsource? Why?

We all had to start working from home because of the pandemic but thankfully, bit by bit, life opened up and we started doing things in person. While chatting on Zoom, Slack and other apps helped with connecting, I believe they pale in comparison with meeting in person and that is something that we all miss and we all should do, safely, when we can.

PROMPT: When did you last connect with someone else?

Life is difficult and we all deal with not so good things from time to time. We should work towards ensuring that the interactions we have with people will leave them with better feelings. We want to have them leave our presence feeling good, feeling a lot better than they did when they met us. It differs from person to person but one thing is universal, smiling makes others smile and then you can build from there.

PROMPT: When was the last time you gave someone a good feeling?

When it comes to the end, there’s a part of us that wants to delay it as much as possible. An end means something we might care for is about to disappear from our lives. However, an end just means an opportunity for a new beginning so once that thing is nearing an end, rather than get sad, smile because you are about to start a wonderful new journey.

PROMPT: What was the last thing you ended?

It would be great if everything in life was nice but that isn’t possible. Plus, I do think it would be boring if everything was just perfect and nice. There won’t be much room for growth or learning. When we have some not so nice experiences, we get to learn and we get to grow. It will suck but we come out on the other end better for it.
