Lesson 312: Habits Are Decisions
The decisions you make are going to become the habits you have. This is a good thing because if you have a habit you want to change, you just have to change your decision. It isn’t easy but if you take deliberate action, you can get it done. It will be slow but just stick to it. Keep making the decisions you want to make, hopefully, positive ones. Bit by bit, you’ll create the positive habit you want to create.
