Lesson 246: It Shouldn’t Be All Work

I am lucky that the work I get to do has moments when it’s just fun. However, I have learned that I need to deliberately carve out more fun moments because work shouldn’t be all work. No one needs that. We need to make work fun and we have to plan that into our work. It could be taking some time to walk or talk with a loved one. It could be playing a game. It could be taking a power nap. It could be having a muffin. We should always make sure we give our minds time to relax during work.
