Lesson 242: Trust Your Team

The people you have in your team matter a lot because having the wrong team member can lead to the downfall of the entire team. I’ve mentioned that people usually focus on knocking the weak link in a team however I believe that when you have a team, the cohesion between members should be so solid that trying to find the weak link will be difficult because everyone helps everyone. When you build such a team, trusting the team is a breeze. So to trust your team, you have to put in work and then you can trust that team.
