Lesson 222: Don’t Work Outside Work Hours

Now your work hours are set, you’ve told your people, I work these hours and they know it. Yet, there’s always going to be someone that will reach out outside work hours wanting you to do some work. It’s up to you to make sure they understand you don’t work outside work hours. Now, understand you might lose work by teaching people you don’t work outside work hours but remember work will continue whether you are here or not. So make sure you make time for yourself to rest.
