Lesson 203: Focus On The Solution
When shit hits the fan, we might be tempted to wallow in self-pity. I understand it hurts but what will help is focusing on the solution. Right now, I’m in shit yes but what can I do to get out of it? Who can I reach out to? What skills do I have that I can use in this situation? Focusing on the solution has a way of bringing positivity while focusing on the problem only compounds the problem.
