I’ll say though, it feels good when you put up a post and it has a ton of likes however if that’s the major reason you are putting up the pix on Instagram, you are setting yourself up to fail. Likes shouldn’t matter. When you share something, it should be because you want someone out there to see it and learn from it. Forget the likes, just share what you want and have fun with it.

It’s research that led us to the vaccines that are now making life head towards some sense of normalcy. Research is important for everything we do! Do not get into the fray without learning as much as you reasonably can. Research is your friend.

Change is constant. We have to get used to that fact. Nothing stays the same forever. Change is inevitable. Now, just because change is sure doesn’t mean change is comfortable or safe. Nope. Change is super scary. We are used to the status quo and would love to have things remain as they are but, again, change is sure so we have to learn to embrace it.

PROMPT: What is the latest change you embraced? How are things going?

It feels great to win. It feels awesome. However, there are times we will lose too. It’s all part of getting into the fray. Win some. Lose some. Now even though failure can be just around the corner, it doesn’t mean you should stay in your safe bubble. No. To grow, you have to get out of your comfort zone even though failure might be an option.
