We are all here to take care of each other. This is something I learned from my grandmom and something I believe, strongly. It can be difficult to do this when things are… well, the way they are now. One thing that helps is to treat everyone you meet as if today were their last day on earth. If you knew your friend was dying today, wouldn’t you do all you can to make sure they are happy?

A system is a set of things working together as parts of a mechanism or an interconnecting network; a set of principles or procedures according to which something is done; an organized framework or method. Having a system makes life a lot better. When you find you are doing things over and over, it is a good indication that you might need a system for it. One more thing, you should be willing to adapt your system as is needed.

Do you have a workflow? I really hope you do. When you set out to do anything, having a workflow makes it a lot easier. It reduces the number of decisions you have to make because everything follows a certain pattern. It might be boring but boring works. Boring is good when you want to get to your goal.

When we put up a picture on social media, we are putting up the best version of that photo. We are rarely ever putting up the first version. Stop comparing your life with what you see on Instagram because it is super curated.
