Whenever people come into your life, you should do what you can to make them better versions of themselves; you should leave them feeling a lot better than when they met you. It isn’t a big ask. All you have to do is care and show that care. Bit by bit, you will see that it’s just a part of you.

PROMPT: What positive ways do you influence the people in your circle?

We are gradually becoming controlled by our phones. It dings and we jump to it. However, we need to learn that not everything that appears urgent is important. We have to define what’s important to us and then focus on that. We should also create systems and processes because those will reduce the number of urgent things we have to do.

Religious communities understand the power of rituals. If you want to build a habit, keep making decisions but another way is to create a ritual around it. If this happens, we do this, this way. Keep at it and before you know it, it just becomes the way you do things.
