There are people in your life that are trash. All they do is bring negative vibes. They come up with reasons why anything you want to do won’t succeed. They bring nothing positive. Well, you should do to them what you do to trash, take them out. Kick them out of your life. #LessonsWithAKing

If you have someone on your team with the capacity and capability to be on other teams, encourage them to. There’s no need to hold someone down by saying they can only work with your team. Nope, let them fly because when you encourage them to, they only get to learn skills to get better which they can turnaround and bring back to your team. When you are given the opportunity to do something, do it as well as you can but I would advise that you go even a step further and do just a little bit more. When you do that you blow their mind and you will end up being the first person that comes to mind when they need something done.
