Lesson 354: Give Value

Lesson 354: Give Value
In every situation you find yourself in, make sure you bring value. It is super important to bring value to the table. The more value you bring, the more important you become. Remember, value is subjective so just because something is valuable to you doesn’t mean it will be valuable to others so make sure you understand what’s valuable to them and then give them that.
PROMPT: What value do you offer?

Lesson 352: Strengths > Desires

Lesson 352: Strengths > Desires
Just because you desire something doesn’t mean you’ll get it. We desire a lot but we have to be honest with our strengths. Once we know our strengths we can align our desires to suit that. It isn’t a case of killing the desire, it’s about being honest with ourselves. Now, if you really want that thing, that’s an incentive to work on increasing your strength to align with that desire.
PROMPT: Do your desires align with your strength?

Lesson 350: Use Oblique Strategies

Lesson 350: Use Oblique Strategies
Oblique Strategies is a set of cards that will help unleash your creativity. According to the Eno Shop, “In 1975, Peter Schmidt and Brian Eno created the original pack of Oblique Strategies cards, through thinking about approaches to their own work as artist and musician. The Oblique Strategies constitute a set of over 100 cards, each of which is a suggestion of a course of action or thinking to assist in creative situations. These famous cards have been used by many artists and creative people all over the world since their initial publication.” The cool thing is you can get the app too. When you are stuck, just open it and pick a card that points you where you should consider going.
PROMPT: Download the Oblique Strategies App
