In every situation you find yourself in, make sure you bring value. It is super important to bring value to the table. The more value you bring, the more important you become. Remember, value is subjective so just because something is valuable to you doesn’t mean it will be valuable to others so make sure you understand what’s valuable to them and then give them that.

Lesson 352: Strengths > Desires

Just because you desire something doesn’t mean you’ll get it. We desire a lot but we have to be honest with our strengths. Once we know our strengths we can align our desires to suit that. It isn’t a case of killing the desire, it’s about being honest with ourselves. Now, if you really want that thing, that’s an incentive to work on increasing your strength to align with that desire.
