Set boundaries in everything you do and everyone you deal with. I will do this but I won’t do this. They might not like it but you are doing it for yourself, to take care of yourself. Do set boundaries and stick to them.

It is a good idea to have a life audit. It isn’t that people can’t change because they can. It is that people are not as willing to do the work that is needed for them to change. So the question isn’t can they change? It is, are they willing to do the work to change?

PROMPT: What was the last change you noticed in a loved one?

As a human being, we are all fallible and that’s just par for the course. It hurts when people talk down on themselves because they are ignoring the fact that they are human and they can make mistakes. It’s ok. Just fix things and learn from the mistake. Replace “That Was Stupid Of Me” with “That Was Human Of Me” because you are human after all.
